Automobile Museum is established in 1994 by the Belgrade City Assembly and Car Collector Bratislav Petkovic. The museum is located in a renovated building of the old garage, the first public garage in the Balkans, which was built in 1929. after the project of Valeriy Stashevsky, Russian architect.
The museum collection poses about a hundred cars, sport cars, luxurious cars, racing cars and all are in working condition. The oldest is a French tricycle from 1897., three-wheel vehicle, with a wooden body and two-seater. The collection also includes the French Sharon from 1908., with wooden wheel spokes and a luxurious wooden body type Landolet; Ford Model T from 1925, Lancia Lambda from 1925, Buick Opera coupe from 1929, BMW 327 / 328 from 1938, etc. There is also a Cadillac from 1957. which was used by Yugoslav President Josip Broz Tito. The latest museum piece is the Ferrari of 1978.
Museum is located in city centar, approx. 500m by walk from Terazije square.
