House of Flowers is a mausoleum where are buried the former president of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Josip Broz Tito, and his wife Jovanka. Mausoleum is a part of the Museum of Yugoslav History, located in a residential area of Dedinje. It is one of the most visited tourist sites in Belgrade.
The museum complex occupies an area of 902 m² and has a collection of more than 200 000 items that illustrate Yugoslav history throughout the 20th century, with the special accent on life and work of Josip Broz Tito.
In this complex, within museum area, the most interesting is exhibition of gifts that Tito got from numerous delegates of foreign countries. Here can be seen very valuable and unique pieces of art made of precious metals, gems and the finest porcelain.
