Photo Tour of the Amalfi Coast

The newest concept in Vacations is the Photo Tour. And the best I have found is The Photo Tour of the Amalfi Coast. You cannot beat the location.
 
Where in the world is more picturesque than the beautiful Amalfi Coast in Italy? Long the playground of the rich and famous. But now it has become affordable for YOU.
 
What makes this vacation different is that it is called a “Photo Tour”. Here is  how it works. You have a tour guide every day while on the tour.
 
For this one, Chiara Natale, a famous photographer from Naples, will be your tour guide and teacher. She knows the area and will take you to the BEST places to get your photos.
 
More importantly, she knows the secret places you would never have found while wandering around on your own.
She is available each day to make suggestions while on locations.
 
She will give you tips as you ride in the bus from location to location and she is available to answer your photography or Amalfi Coast questions while you enjoy your ride in comfort. The tour covers all the hot spots on the Coast. Positano, Ravello, and Amalfi are the jewels, but you get to see so much more. Minori, Praiano, Raito, and Cetara.
And you think that is enough? NO, it’s not. Also included at NO EXTRA CHARGE is a day trip by ferry to Capri. An excursion to Pompeii, and a stop in Sorrento.
 
While in Capri and Pompeii, besides your photographer guide, there will be officially licensed guides while in Capri and Pompeii to make sure you get the most out of your tour.
 
Let me back up a bit. I am getting ahead of myself. Let me tell you the highlights of the Photo Tour of the Amalfi Coast. First, they will pick you up at the airport in Naples. Drive you back to your hotel, Laconda Costa Diva in Priano. At the hotel, you will get breakfast each day. In the evening after your touring, you will get a 4-course authentic Italian meal WITH WINE. This again is at no additional cost.  The hotel is on the side of the mountain with breathtaking views of the ocean. You will want to take photos right from your room.
 
Then as I said, included in the cost of the tour, each day you get transportation all around the coast including the ferry to Capri and the bus to Pompeii. Each day the touring will take approximately 6 hours. In the evenings after dinner, you are free to go where you want by local buses (bus fare not included) or just walk around. The day that your tour goes to Pompeii will most likely be a 6 – 8 hour day. There will also be two special stops for your enjoyment, not necessarily for photos. A stop at a mozzarella cheese making farm and a stop at a local winery. On both stops, tastings will be available. And again, the cost of these two excursions is included in the price of your tour.
 
At the end of the week. Chiara Natale will give you a 4-hour photo editing class to teach you how to get the most out of your photographs. She will provide you or give you access to her favorite photo editing software. She will teach you to use it, and answer questions along the way on how to make the most of your photograph. At the end of this session, guests will be asked to submit what they consider their best photo of the week for the photo contest. That night, the group will be picked up by transportation provided by the local restaurant La Tagliata.  You will be driven to their restaurant for another 4-course Italian meal WITH WINE (at no additional cost). This is the Farewell Dinner where guests get to dine, talk, reflect on the past week with the new friends they have met while touring the coast together. From the photos submitted to Chiara, she will pick what she thinks is the best and the winner will receive a bottle of the local favorite LEMONCELLO.
 
After dinner, you will be driven back to your hotel. Get a good nights rest and then, unfortunately, the next day it is time to go back home. They will drive you back to your airport in Naples where you will catch your flight and head  home, to where ever that may be.
 
The seating on this tour is limited to 10 guests. So you should book soon. The price is in Euro for one good reason. They can hold the price firm this way. If it was in US Dollars, with the fluctuating currency exchange, the price could change daily. This way it remains fixed. The cost for a single is 2775 Euro for a couple (or two people in a room) the cost is even better only 4775 Euro. a 500 Euro is necessary to secure your place on the tour. Pay this at the time of booking.
