Mount Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysia stands at an altitude of 4,095 meters (13,435 ft), making it the tallest mountain in South East Asia. The trek to the summit, however, is considered not difficult, records show people over eighty as well as three year-olds have made it to the top.
The mountain receives more than a hundred visitors every week.
Its flora and fauna are abundant, with over 4,500 species of plants, 326 species of birds and a myriad of different mammals.
