Summary: Walk across a spectacular bridge crossing the roaring waters.

More info: For thousands of years, Rauriser Ache river has been gorging its way through the layers of limestone schist and left behind steep vertical walls. Gushing water, white spray, and glittering rock faces: that is Kitzlochklamm gorge. On their round tour, walkers can marvel at nature‘s beauty here. In 2008 the passage to Rauris and Embach was opened again: there, you can walk across a spectacular bridge crossing the roaring waters. By the way: the name of the gorge goes back to the young fawns (Germ.: Kitz) which used to visit the cool gorge in the summer months.
