A collection of rare minerals

Besucherbergwerk Neubulach, Waldecker Straße 5, 75387 Calw

TheNeubulach Mineral Museum  is located in the northern Black forest on a high plateau and is 35 kilometers south of Pforzheim.

The origin of the mine dates back to the 11th century, where the former copper, silver, bismuth ore mine was. The mine opened in 1970 and its museum was established in 1976 and later upgraded in 1994.

The main focus of the museum is the exhibition on the Black Forest and the collection of rare minerals found inside the mine. A replica of the mine tunnel is included in the museum since 2001.
