Novi Dvori (New Palace) is a unique building with cultural and historical heritage. It is located one and a half kilometers away from the center of Zapresic, along the road that leads to the region of Hrvatsko Zagorje.
This building is a unique example of the preservation of a comprehensive economic feudal complex. The owners of this place, throughout several centuries, were nobles such as the Zrinski, Cikulins and Sermage families. In 1851, it became the property of Josip Jelacic, a Croatian politician. Later on in 1855, Jelacic had a neo-Gothic chapel, known asSt. Joseph, built on his property’s garden.
