St. Mark’s Church is one of the oldest buildings in Zagreb, located on St. Mark’s Square, as well as the Croatian Parliament. Church of St. Mark the Evangelist is protected as cultural monument of Croatia. This church has evidence of the Romanesque elements found on the front of the church. As far as the layout, St. Mark’s Church is a three-aisled building. It has a nice portal, and it is recognizable by the colorful tower and roof, on which are the emblems of the city of Zagreb and the Croatian coat of arms.
Church is opened during mass on 18.00 every day, and on 11.00 on Sunday
