Stubicke Toplice is a municipality in Croatia in the Krapina-Zagorje County. It is first mentioned in 1567. It is assumed to be known from Roman times (due to the discovery of two Roman coins from the time of Emperor Hadrian near the swimming pool). The first bathing building was built in 1776 by the family Vojkffy. As a municipality it is based on the development of recreational, health and congress tourism. It is an oasis of northwestern Croatian tourism, and initiated a series of actions for achieving more improved touristic facilities. The hot springs are located near the village of Donja Stubica on the mountain Kamenjak.
