2. Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Milan (Italy)
Milan is the world’s fashion capital and has plenty of shops and high-end boutiques. Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is located in the heart of Milan and perfect for all shoppers as its diverse selection of shops ranges from high-street to mid-range brands.
3. Champs-Élysées, Paris (France)
Champs-Élysées is a long avenue of shops which similar to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II of Milan features both high-end and mid-range. The selection ranges from H&M to Louis Vuitton. This is a beautiful area as you have a view of the famous Arc de Triomphe when shopping, but beware this avenue is always packed (with both locals and tourists).
4. Oxford Street, London (England)
If you’re in London and want to get some shopping done then Oxford Street is the place to go. It has over 300 different stores ranging from department stores to boutiques. Many designer chains have their flagship stores here. With about half a million visitors a day, Oxford Street is a bit busier than Champs-Élysées and is Europe’s busiest shopping street.
5. Spanish Steps, Rome (Italy)
The Spanish Steps is the center for high-end designer shopping. It is the place in Rome where designers such as Salvatore Ferragamo and Gucci have their shops. Unlike some of the other destinations listed which have a more diverse selections of stores, this area is really only for those with a high budget.
6. Fifth Avenue, New York City (USA)
Every designer’s goal is to have a flagship store on Fifth Avenue. Brands with flagship stores here include Tiffany & Co, Louis Vuitton, and Ralph Lauren. Another unique feature of Fifth Avenue is that it has the only Apple store in the world that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
7. Orchard Road, Singapore
On Orchard Road, you will find world renown designer brands boasting their newest lines, big billboards, and a neon-lit mall. Orchard Road is 2.2 kilometers stretch of only shopping so make sure to wear comfy shoes when you visit!
8. The Dubai Mall, Dubai (UAE)
The Dubai Mall is a shopper’s paradise as it is considered to be the largest mall in the world in terms of the area. It has around 1200 retail outlets and over 150 beverage and food outlets. Having so many stores in one mall, you are sure to find what you are looking for no matter your style and budget. Stores range from international brands to local Arabic boutiques.
9. Lane Crawford, Hong Kong
Lane Crawford is Hong Kong’s most recognized specialty store featuring the best luxury fashion brands. You know it has to be good as it has been open since 1850! The store has all types of apparel for men and women of all ages/sizes as well as shoes and home furniture. Lane Crawford has several locations with similar offerings, but if you are already in Hong Kong you might as well go for the extra special experience at their flagship store in Central Hong Kong.
10. Tretyakovsky Proezd, Moscow (Russia)
Whether you are looking to buy something small like a new watch or something as big as a new sports-car, Tretyakovsky Proezd is the place to find the world’s most expensive goods. Tretyakovsky Proezd is home to stores/showrooms of Ferrari, Chopard, Gucci, and many other luxury brands. Even if you are not planning on doing any shopping, Tretyakovsky Proezd is beautiful for its historical architecture.
