1. Veliki Žal Beach

Located pretty near to Dubrovnik and right under the Adriatic highway, it is pretty accessible. With its gravel beach, clear sea and sports events it will surely make you happy, especially if you’ll visit their restaurant and cocktail bar as well! The best part is that it’s really affordable!

2. Porat Beach

The beach is located on the island of Biševo and it is known as one of the 7 most beautiful beaches in the whole world. You can taste the local cuisine in one of the two restaurants,  and when you’re not eating, you can enjoy your time on the sandy beach or in the clear blue sea.

3. Banje Beach

Known as the most famous beach in Dubrovnik, Banje offers a warm and clear sea, exceptional sunbathing on its sandy beach and it’s also really close to the old city core. It also offers many sports events and by night it transforms into a big party center!

4. Nugal Beach

This beach is in the heart of the untouched nature. It doesn’t offer any organized events, bars of restaurants, but it has something better. It offers the natural beauty of the cliffs and the forest that surrounds it. It takes half an hour of walk from the town to get there, but you won’t regret visiting it!

5. Zrće Beach

It’s located on the island of Pag and they say that it’s one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The younger population loves this place thanks to the never ending beach parties and the good vibes it spreads. It offers sports activities as well and it is a beloved tourist destination.

6. Zaton Beach

The beach is pretty close to Zadar, it is sandy and offers so much fun for the families who visit it. It carries the Blue Flag for many years now, and the water is pretty shallow so it’s ideal for non-swimmers as well. They offer a variety of restaurants and bars for the lovers of food and drinks.

7. Dražica Beach Biograd na Moru

It is located only 5 minutes from the town center, it is sandy and the sea there is really clean and clear. It offers fun content for everyone, from the youngest to the oldest. It also has an access for people with special needs. If you get hungry, you can always buy yourself something tasty.

8. Sakarun Beach

Sakarun is located on Dugi Otok and it will take your breath away with its white sand and torques sea. It is said to be one of the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast. Thanks to the pine trees around the beach, you will be able to seek shelter from the extreme heat in the shades.

9. The Laguna Beach in Nin

It is said that Laguna beach is one of the most beautiful ones on the Adriatic coast. It is located in Nin and it’s one of the most popular ones in the area. The sea is warm and nice there and the beach is sandy, so it’s perfect for families with children.

10. Slanica Beach, Murter

A beautiful sandy beach suitable for families and for people of all ages. It is not far from the center of Murter and the water is nice and warm there. If you want to, you can sit down in one of their bars and enjoy a nice and relaxing cocktail while you’re enjoying your holidays.

11. Lovrečina Beach

This beach is located on the island of Brač and it’s a sandy one. It’s close to a pine forest so the visitors will be able to hide in the nice and cozy shades when the heat is starting to get unbearable.
